The KFC Midsummer Challenge will take place in Pirita on July 26 – bigger than ever!

This summer, KFC Estonia continues as the title sponsor of the KFC Midsummer Challenge, part of the Ööjooks marathon event series, and invites everyone to Pirita on July 26. This marks the fourth year that KFC has been involved in this midsummer fitness event!

Until 24 July 2026, registration for the Midsummer Challenge is available with a special

Registration is open at www.ööjooks.ee until the event day or until all spots are filled.

Distances available this summer:

  • 10 km run
  • 4 km run
  • Kids’ race
  • NEW! Family run

Participants can take part in the way that suits them best – running, walking, with a stroller, or Nordic walking. All distances can also be completed virtually. More information and course descriptions are available on the Ööjooks website.

The KFC Midsummer Challenge 2026 in Pirita offers movement enthusiasts beautiful views of the sea and Tallinn Old Town. The start and finish areas are located in the same convenient beachside location, and interval starts will be used to avoid congestion on the course. The route runs along a seaside pedestrian and cycling path, without closing traffic.

On-site entertainment will include:

  • An event host and the KFC mascot
  • Pre-start warm-ups and a MyFitness chill-out area
  • A free concert featuring Inger
  • A medal for all finishers and a KFC goodie bag

Be sure to follow KFC’s social media channels, as various challenges and prize games will take place both before the event and on-site as part of the Midsummer Challenge.

To the delight of running fans, the KFC Midsummer Challenge meal is back on the KFC menu. It is available in all KFC restaurants across Estonia and in the Wolt food delivery app.

The KFC Midsummer Challenge meal includes a:
